01 · What it is

The cargo you contracted for, with the papers to receive it

Quality and execution is the part of a trade that makes sure the cargo that arrives is the cargo in the contract, and that it arrives with the documents needed to clear it.

For agricultural commodities that means the grade and its figures, such as moisture and purity. For structural and architectural products it means the ASTM or EN standard named in the contract.

02 · How we work

Five parts of every shipment

The same team handles each part from contract to discharge. Every agricultural shipment gets pre-loading verification, moisture and purity checks, and independent inspection.

  1. 01

    Specification management

The grade and its parameters are written into the contract, so buyer, seller and inspector work to the same figures.

  2. 02

    Inspection

An independent inspector, SGS or equivalent, checks the cargo against the specification before loading. For other trading lines, containers are audited before loading.

  3. 03

    Documents

Commercial and shipping documents are prepared to the contract and the letter of credit, so the cargo can clear at the destination.

  4. 04

    Logistics coordination

Loading, freight and discharge are scheduled together, from the origin warehouse to the destination port.

  5. 05

    Traceability

Each shipment keeps its inspection results and documents together, so the buyer can see where the cargo came from and how it was checked.

03 · How it helps you

What the buyer gets from it

  • One specification that the buyer, the seller and the inspector all work to
  • An independent inspection result before the cargo leaves the origin, not after it arrives
  • Documents that match the contract and the letter of credit, so the cargo can clear and payment can move
  • Loading, freight and discharge planned as one schedule
  • A record of where the cargo came from and how it was checked
