Which heat class do I need?
It depends on the use. Low heat suits recombined milk, yoghurt and cheese, medium heat suits ice cream and chocolate, and high heat suits bakery. Our team can help you choose.
What specifications do you work to?
We work to the grade and parameters agreed in each contract, usually covering protein, fat, moisture and the whey protein nitrogen index (which sets the heat class). Independent inspection can confirm them at loading.
What are your trade terms and minimum quantities?
We usually trade skimmed milk powder on FOB, CFR, CIF and DAP terms. Minimum quantities depend on the supply format (25 kg bags by container) and are confirmed when we quote.
Which documents come with each shipment?
A typical shipment includes the commercial invoice, bill of lading, certificate of origin, health certificate, independent inspection certificate and packing list. The final list depends on the contract and the destination country's import rules.
